Complaint handling

Do you have a complaint or do you disagree with something? We are happy to look for the best solution or the right answer together with you. We always strive for the best service and find it important to listen to you.

Heat pump dampers.nl recommends that you inspect the delivered products immediately upon receipt. If you have a complaint regarding a delivered product, the delivery, the ordering process or otherwise, you can make this known to us by sending an e-mail to info@ Warmtepompdampers.nl or by sending a letter to:

Clearly state the complaint and the possible cause of the complaint. Injury? Always include the invoice number and photos of the damage. After discovering a defect or damage, you have one month to report the defect.

We ask you to describe the nature of the complaint as clearly as possible in the e-mail or letter and to take photos of damage that can be attributed to an incorrect delivery. Always state the number of your order and your contact details. Heat pump dampers.nl will respond or contact you within five working days to discuss and settle the complaint.

A product is excluded from warranty under the following circumstances:
Demonstrably different use than in daily use may be assumed as a result of which damage has occurred. The returned product will not be eligible for warranty under the following circumstances:
A product that is returned without any prior notice.

All other complaints are eligible for the guarantee scheme. You are responsible for returning the product to Heatpumpdampers.nl. Heatpumpdampers.nl always strives to find a solution in collaboration with you.
